I've deployed my application to the production server and I get the following error when I try and browes to the site.

DotNetNuke Upgrade Error

The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] )

ERROR: Could not connect to database.

Cannot open database requested in login 'EPCPortalDev'. Login fails. Login failed for user 'EPCPortalDevCRUDUser'.

I took a backup of the database on the development server and restored it on the production server, then I created a new virtual directory in IIS and pointed it to the code.  The web config is configured correctly with the correct userid and password and the correct database name.  The user id and password  is set to db_owner so it should have enough rights to the database.  It's almost acking like it is trying to kick of the install to create a new DotNetNuke application.

Please Help!!!
