Is this a new installation or an upgrade?

Which languages are listed in Host :: Languages?

Please check table PortalLanguages if it is empty add portalId and languageId.

I get some error.

After updating language settings in host language menu, table PartalLanguages has been cleared.

This is bug in Website\DesktopModules\Admin\Extensions\Editors\LanguagePackEditor.ascx.vb:

cmdUpdate_Click

if chkEnabled.Checked==false =>Localization.RemoveLanguageFromPortal  (chkEnabled allways false)

I set default value for chkEnabled (LanguagePackEditor.ascx) to true for resolving this problem
