Greetings all,

I am in the middle of cutting our corperate websites over to the DNN platform. Everything is going well with one exception....Getting the Microsoft Search Server 2008 to index the site. Seems the handler mapping is handled outside of IIS so the folder structures with the default document within doesn't work.

The Search server is finding the content but lopping off the default.aspx and when it validates the URL it fails. There are no configurable settings in search server to specify the default document..

For instance, here is a copy of an error:
http://www.buildings.com/articledetails/tabid/3321/articleid/8057
The object was not found. (The item was deleted because it was either not found or the crawler was denied access to it.)

Now if you take the object and add /default.aspx to the end it is a valid item.
http://www.buildings.com/articledetails/tabid/3321/articleid/8057/default.aspx

Please help...

Thanks.

jc
