Hi ,

 am using dnn 5 for my new website.  for that i created few skins  and those are wokring fine in my local machine, when i placed my website in server it is throghing error

Could Not Load Skin: /Portals/_default/Skins/MinimalExtropy/sample.ascx, Error: The file '/Portals/_default/Skins/MinimalExtropy/Agiline.ascx' does not exist.

some one suggested me to install skin by using package. so i created a package also . but now  when i am trying to upload it i

the problem is that the file does not exist (that is what the error says and means)

you either forgot to copy the file, or there is some kind of other problem, such as permissions.

Also, you should not have changed the default skin, as this is the fallback skin that is used if something is wrong with the skin that is used. You should have made a copy of the skin and used that to create a new one. And yes: if you want to create a fully dnn 5 compliant skin, you should package the skin with a manifest and upload it correctly to the site.
