Hi friends

Now I'm faceing problems with the Mail that sends when the user has been registered. I use

Mail.SendMail(

Me.User, MessageType.UserRegistrationAdmin, PortalSettings)

But It  only send a mail to the admin user, and what I need is to send a mail to the registered user with the autogenerated password.

Another question is how can i create the user with a password that the user tipe.

Thanks

Javier

if the user is registered by the admin, the admin is addressed, since Me.user points to the currently logged in user. you need to pass the userinfo of the created user instead. you need to perform additional action to load the user password, like in DNN membership provider. To create a user with a given password, you need to pass the password when creating the user, see the membership provider source code again.
