I am trying to upload files and receive an error message:

An Error Has Occurred When Attempting To Save The File E:\inetpub\vhosts\hambidge.org\httpdocs\Portals\0\Fellows.pdf. Please Contact Your Hosting Provider To Ensure The Appropriate Security Settings Have Been Enabled On The Server.

I have been using dnn for over a year and not encountered this problem before.

did you recheck the permissions for ASP-Net account ("Network Service" by default) to the specific folder and made sure, that there is enough space left on the drive?

I have the same issue.

Windows Server 2008

SQL Server 2008

DNN 04.09.02 or .03.

Network Services - Full Control

80 Gig Free

It seems to happen only when I try to upload a file of the same name.  Basically if I try to re-upload a file to replace it, it throws the error.  If I remove Network Services and add it back... it works again, but only once.

Please help!

NETWORK SERVICE may need full control to overwrite a file that already exists. You may only have create permission for NETWORK SERVICE.

NETWORK SERVICES has full control.  I've set it up as I've done for years with DNN.  For some reason it's the replacement of a file during upload that fails.

Any other thoughts?

Thanks!
