Thanks Brandon,

I have changed all of my code to use tryparse  instead of integer.parse.  I haven't seen the error since, but will continue to monitor this.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Gregg,

Glad you were able to remedy your issue (at least for now).  Here's hoping it's a permanent fix!

I guess the error is still there occassionally.  Something I've noticed is that most of the time the user agent has something called funwebproducts in it.  Does anyone know of any known issues with this?

UserAgent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.0; FunWebProducts; GTB5; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; Media Center PC 5.0; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30618

 Hi Gregg,

FunWebProducts is a well-known, but rather old, spyware application.  It is noteworthy for it's frequent blocking of referral URIs.

I would expect that if your code is expecting some piece of data in a referral, but this data is being blocked by the spyware, then this could potentially be the source of your issue.  Judging by your log entries (which appear to contain a valid referrer) this does not appear to be the case.

Thanks Brandon,  I accidentally stumbled across my error.  It was another field that I wasn't checking properly that was trying convert to a decimal.  So it was completely an error on what I was passing in to dataprovider.

Thanks for your help.

Gregg
