Hello,

I've been searching on how to fix this problem.  I am trying to login as a Host to get to the site settings, but everytime I click on the Sign-In button, I get a Page Load Error that says:

Redirect Loop

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

The browser has stopped trying to retrieve the requested item. The site is redirecting the request in a way that will never complete.

    * NOTE: If accepting the site's cookies does not resolve the problem, it is likely a server configuration issue and not your computer.

Can someone please help me?  I don't understand why suddenly this is happening!?  Thank you in advance.

Did you try to use a different browser?

Did you try to clear local browser cache and cookies for the site?

Sebastian,

Yes, I have tried it in IE, cleared the cache and cookies, and still the problem.  In Firefox, I atleast get the REDIRECT LOOP message stated above.  In IE, all I get is Cannot Find:  "http://mywebsite.com/dotnetnuke/default.aspx"  (where www.mywebsite.com is the name of my site).  There's also an error that says "DNS Error - Server cannot be found."  I never altered any DNS settings??

Thanks again for the help.
