I have cerated a splash page and using friendly URL for this using iFinity.FriendlyUrlProvider.dll for  4.6 + version. all page are working fine but when I directly write the site URL then splash page is not coming first it is directly redirect to Home page.If I didn't use the firendly URL then splash page is coming first.

Because the iFinity Friendly Url Provider is not a core module, this is not the correct forum to use for support.  You can use the support forums at http://www.ifinity.com.au/Products/Support_Forums/ to request assistance with this module.

However, to answer your questio, splash pages are not supported with the iFinity Friendly Url Provider.  This is because the module is designed as an aid to SEO for DotNetNuke sites.  Splash pages are not good SEO practice and therefore the module doesn't support them, and is unlikely to start supporting them at any point in the future.
