After trying a couple of times I finally got version 4.9.2 to install properly - as least so it seemed. After the successful installation I clicked on the link that says "Click her to view your site". That's when I got the HTTP 403 error. I've tried everything including giving the 'Everyone' user full access to virtual folders and that doesn't work. I edited a row in the PortalAlias table that had '/install' concatenated to the portal alias and that didn't help - the page never loads.

This is highly frustrating since I've tried a bunch of times to get the installation to work and now another issue.

Is there any solution to this? I there something of some step I'm missing. I follow all the directions in the installation manual.

Thanks.
