Sir,

By default the websites created in DNN takes the resolution of 800 X 600 screen size. Say, if I have a screen resolution of 1024 X 768, in this case the display is just a 800 X 600 screen size. How do I make use of the full screen. In other words my pages should be spread over to the whole screen irespective of the resolution.

Thanks,
Anthony

Hello - is this for a custom skin? Or for the current skin that is the dnn-blue skin?

You can modify the width by making sure your css classes or tables are 100%.

However, having said that, there are other elements which may need to considered, which is hard to explain if we cannot see the skin you are working on.

Hello ,

I am currently using the DNN-Blue skin. The css classs already have a 100% as the sizes set. I can seen in many files the width of some of the tables are set to a width of 770 for eg.(c:\inetpub\wwwroot\CheckInAdmin\Portals\_default\Skins\DNN-Blue\Horizontal Menu - Fixed Width.ascx). Also can you let me know if I can do something directly from the UI of DNN (ver used 4.0)

Thanks,
Anthony

Have you tried to use the dnn-blue skin with the 100% width skin.. There is one in there already.

In the skin file it's set to 100% on the table I'm pretty sure.

No you can't work directly from the UI to change the actual ascx file but there are third party options you can download that let you modify the css files, however they require installation of the skinobject/module and changes to the skins that run it.
