the permissions ??

in the web.config File, there are the right User and Password to access at the database

And in SQLSERVER the user is 'db_owner'..

k, if permissions are correct, there must be another issue - with collation or unexpected data. is there an associated entry (by timestamp) in eventlog table?

there are two post created, i think i find the error :

Error: Impossible d'insérer une ligne de clé en double dans l'objet 'dbo.Packages' avec un index unique 'IX_Packages'.  L'instruction a été arrêtée.

( Error: Impossible to insert a line of key in double in object “DBO. Packages” with a single index “IX_Packages”.  The instruction was stopped. )

but.. i don't know how resolved it :s
