I was adding/changing Admin skins (running under 4.9.0) and somehow managed to mess up the Admin function. Problems are; 1) clicking the Admin button, all icons are red X boxes; 2) in the Admin drop down list, Page option is missing with Tabs option in its place; 3) all Page Functions except Add (in the in the Control Panel) are disabled; 4) the Design option in the Control Panel does not work.

Any suggestions about how to reset the Admin menu and re-enable Page Functions?

Hey VEVO Proxy,

If this situation was brought about by setting or changing the admin skins, I would suggest navigating to the file system directly and removing or renaming those skin files. That way the skin will not be loaded and the default skin (which should work fine) will be loaded. You will get an error message at the top of the page (when logged in as admin) saying that the user control was not loaded until you set the skin again, but your site should be functional at that point.

Well, I reset the skin to the Minimal Extrpoy under Host > Skins and saved, logged off and back on, new skin, same problem. Interestingly, the second drop down is now titled Tabs but appears to work like Pages. Still have the red X box instead of the Icons, but when I clicked on Tabs, I was able to use the Design function.
