I'm getting the following errors when I pull up my page.  Nothing that I"m aware of has changed.  Can anyone help me with this?

I'm using 4.09.01

I haven't changed anything, I just logged in today to check it out and this happened.

Hi Mark

Have you tried to set the Recycle worker process to a lesser value in minutes than before for the application pool? This sorts out these kind of problem for me se picture below:

Thanks, John, this is on a hosted site so I don't think I have the ability to adjust that setting.  I'll send something to them and see what they can tell me.

They made the change but that didn't fix it.  Any other ideas?
