After having logged in the user should be redirected to the "account profile page (i.e in dnn it's manage profile page)" (like when having clicked the username after login in the top menu).

By default in the User settings page we have a option as "Redirect after login",usually here we can select the pages that are already there.but i need to redirect to the manage profile of that particular user once he login.

Hope you got me!

i think the only way to do that is to put the user account module on its own page, and redirect to that page

I got solution for this.

I added two different pages, included account login module in one page and user accounts in other page.and now in the admin/user settings tab.I selected these two pages for redirect log in and selected home page for redirect logout.

and in the site settings ---->Advance Settings----->Page Management-----> selected account login page for Login Page field.

Problem solved.
