I have been trying to install the feedback module into a new page and it does not work.  The module does not install and I get the following error message where the module should be.

Can anybody help with this ?

DNN version 04.08.02

Feedback version 04.04.03

Nothing changed before attempting to install the Feedback module.  I simply added a new page and am attempting to install the feedback module onto the new page.
