The DNN Innovation skin is based on the Innovation template crated by the good people at Free CSS Templates (.org)
http://www.freecsstemplates.org/preview/innovation. This is a rewrite of the template for DotNetNuke (DNN) 4.x and has been tested in FF 3.x, IE 6.x, IE 7.x, Safari and Opera.

About the skin -

•  The skin has 4 main panes (top, left, right, bottom) and 3 list panes in the bottom
•  The difference between the home and standard skin is the "glory" image under the header is not used on the standard page
•  The logo is set in the CSS files to have a height of 139px, this may cause some deforming on some images
•   Bread crumb added to original template
•   Added drop down menus (HouseofNuke CSS is incorporated into the main CSS file)
•   Tested in DNN 4.9.1 ( your mileage may vary on other versions )
•   The skin contains only CSS and ASCX files - no HTML sources
•   There is no DNN 5 installer at this time

Requirements -

•  This skin requires that HouseMenu 1.4.1  skin object to be installed (http://www.houseofnuke.com/Projects/HouseMenu/tabid/410/Default.aspx).  (Thanks Tim!)
