You could try NB_Store, www.codeplex.com/nbstore, Although you'll have some work creating templates needed and the fact you want such a specific solution (i.e. just for concert tickets) could make  printing the ticket from the email templates and paypal provider difficult.  You'll probably have to create your own bespoke paypal provider to produce the exact printing output you want.  With the product simple view on the "managerlite" role, the input of the product (event ticket) should be easier. 

Not sure if there is a module out there that will do exactly what you want out of the bag,  But with some tweeking NB_Store may suit your needs.
