Hi folks,

I'm having a problem trying to migrate my DNN 484 application to my hosting provider, and they are telling me that 484 is not supported with IIS 7.0.

Is this true?

The error I'm getting is:

HTTP Error 500.22 - Internal Server Error

An ASP.NET setting has been detected that does not apply in Integrated managed pipeline mode.

I've installed DNN 5.0.1 with the same hosting provider and I'm not having the above error. By the way, the connect string is using the following format:

Data Source=localhost;Initial Catalog=XXXX;User ID=XXXXX;Password=XXXXX;”

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

cheers,

Kelo

Set the pipeline to Classic mode to fix this (or actually, avoid the error message...)

Kelo,

I sugget to upgrade to DNN 4.9.3, which support Pipeline mode and fixes a number of bugs.
