We are having a problem with DNN 5.0 where random pages will default to the home page. It seems to happen when two pages are named the same thing even if they have different parents. But it is not a consistent problem and some pages that are named the same are fine. I also had it happen with a top level page that had a unique name. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this a known bug. Is there a fix?

When do they redirect?  Linking from a menu?  A LinkClick link?

They are all links in the menu. The pages still redirect if I go into the "pages" page and go to view the page. I can get into the settings for the pages this way though.

This seems to be tied to the friendly urls. When we use tab ids the problem goes away. There was another page in the database that had been deleted that had the same name as the top level page that was redirecting. When the deleted page was removed from the database, the problem went away. We still have the problem with the secondary level pages that have the same name but different parents. This is not consistent behavior though. This will be a big problem in the future. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I never saw this with the previous version of DNN.
