I created a custom login page that has the login module on it along with some other modules. I would like it to redirect the user to the previous URL when someone navigates to the page and then logs in. I left the drop down menu blank (nothing selected) under user accounts > user settings > redirect after login. I thought that would cause dnn to redirect to the previous URL, but for some reason it's redirecting to the home page. Can someone tell me how to get dnn to redirect to the previous URL? An even better solution would be being able to pass in a url to the login page so it redirects to that page after a successful login. Is that possible?

Does the redirect not work when using the text "Login" link provided by the login skin object?  The skin object link provides the "redirect" querystring value that passes the needed target page info to the LOGIN module.
 
Note:  If you have your login page linked through your menu then the redirect will go to whatever page is set in the PORTAL SETTINGS (HOME is nothing is set) when people browse to the page using the menu link.  This happens because a login page browsed to via the menu will not have a "redirect" querystring value in the URL (the "redirect" value get added only when using the LOGIN skin object).  To avoid this scenario you'll need to rely only on the LOGIN skin object as your login link (so set your login page's setting to "not appear in menu").
