We will soon go live with our new intranet which is build with DNN. Currently, the address is http://123.456.789.10/dotnetnuke/ (after that comes the tabId etc.), but we want to have it like http://ourFancyIntranetName/. Our administrators will do that for us, but what do I have to change in DNN then? I am particularly not sure about the following options:

  • Host > Host Settings > Basic Settings > Host Details > Host URL
  • Host > Portals > Advanced Settings > Portal Aliases (currently there are two aliases: localhost/dotnetnuke and 123.456.789.10/dotnetnuke

What changes do I have to make to make it work?
