I am using dnn 4.9 ,when i browse my application everything goes ok but when i navigate to any other page otherthan the homepage i had the following error

Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'dnn' is undefined  in the " \Resources\Search\Search.js"  file in line  45  at the following syntax

if (dnn.getVar('SearchIconSelected') == 'S')

the strange thing is that when i login as admin  no errors appears in any page

If you are running on ASP.Net 3.5,  go to Host Settings and enable ASP.Net 3.5 support. If you can't reach this site, there is LINQ prep tool available from codeplex.
