Hello , I am upgrading to 4.09.01 , I am follwing the directions at http://www.mitchelsellers.com/blogs/articletype/articleview/articleid/106/upgrading-dnn-3x-to-dnn-4x.aspx  , did all the steps nd I am gettting the following error

Error Installing DotNetNuke

Current Assembly Version: 04.09.01

ERROR: Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider

Here is what my connections strigs in the web.config file looks like
