Specifically after a skin that gives guests and registered users the ability to increase text size by clicking on "increase text size" at the top right of the page.

I have been searching snow covered but I'm having a hard time finding sites with text control.

Anyone able to point me towards some nice looking skins with this feature?

Download the Engage CSS-Selector skinobject.  This will do what you need it to do on your site.
If you're looking to purchase a skin that does this, there are plenty out there if you search hard enough.
