I have just installed the DNN 4 starter kit.   

1) The DNN download page includes a number of modules, including the FAQ.  Where can I find instructions on how to install these modules?   

2) There are 2 downloads for the FAQ module - one for 'source' and another for 'install'.     Given I am using the DNN V4 starter kit, which of these 2 modules should I be installing (or does it make a difference)?   As per my first question, how would I then install this module?

DNN distribution already contains all modules. To install login to your portal as superuser ("host"), go to Module Definitions in Host menu, scroll down page where installable modules are listed, select those you want (not more than 4 at a time I'd suggest) and hit install. Now you may create a new page and add the module from dropdownlist in the control panel.
