Hi,

I posted a question a while ago about an issue updating the admin and host email adresses which i only managed to do via the database directly for some reason.

I also have another problem which is user related too... namely if I create a new user and enter the username, forename, surname tel numbers etc and update then the user is added. However if i go to edit the users details nothing but the username is there so to make any changes i have to enter all of their details again?!?

Also their name isn't displayed by the log off link as usual so they can not change their password etc... which is more annoying.

That said the SuperUser account does display its name next to the log off link and also displays the forename / surname etc in the edit user page too! so the functionality works, but just not for all of the users.

The users details are correct in the Users table of the database which is where i assume the information is gleaned from, having said that the email addresses come from the ASPNET_Membership table so i might be wrong.

Any help would be *greatly* appreciated as I'm so confused!

PS it is a completely standard 3.x install nothing fancy nothing changed!

Thanks
