Hey!  You Rock!!!  I was having sporadic 'Object Reference not set to an instance of an object' errors popping up all over the place and couldn't figure it out.  I nixed that code like you said and haven't seen it since.  Thanks for sharing!!

I cannot locate this attribute in web.config file, it's just not there... I'm trying to install Dnn v.4.0.3 on a Win2K3 Server. The guy at the hosting company has no clue how to fix the problem. Is that hosting related? because I'm having no problems with installing on the other host, as well as locally on my machine everything goes pretty much smooth.
