 I'd compare the list of Java Script files included with the same from a working installation (like here) using YSLOW in FireFox3 or by using Fiddler.

I run YSlow then there was following 4 JS code in edit page with bare skin and container.

 Now I downloaded all files and DB to local for test, and updated DNN version to 4.9.4. Then this problem doesn't occur anymore. I couldn't find out the reason, but it works with the newest version.
