    Is there a feature already that lets users see all posts since their last login?  Or can that be a new request?

That's already there.  Look at the bottom of the forum for the drop down box and pick display active threads for last visit.

Looks like thats jsut per forum.  I was thinking of applying that accross all the forums.  But thanks, I never knew that was there.
