Is the siteurs.config supposed to be used when I want a permanent redirect from a page listed in Google but I want Google to replace it with a nother one .... I have tried it a bit but I cannot get the rules in SiteUrls.config to redirect a page somewhere .... Am I doing it wrong or isn't it supposed to work like a proper redirect?
