I upgraded from 4.9.4 to 5.0.1. installed the 5.0 Active directory provider. I configured the AD Provider settings for my domain. I did not have any errors. When I go to login... the 2 buttons are present (Standard and Windows Login) but neither are selectable. Meaning there is no change when I select them. I am able to login as the Host but not with an AD users acct. I keep getting Login Failed, remember that Passwords are case sensitive. I know my password is ok... 7 places with alphanumeric. I have used this AD acct on previous install of DNN 4.9 and AD authentication. My security settings on my site folders are correct. In previous Ad provider version the login buttons would react when I clicked on them. They do not react now.

I must have missed something. Anybody have any ideas? Appreciate it.

When you're trying to click between the two login options are you getting any kind of javascript error (it'll show the symbol at the bottom right of the browser window in IE).

Double check the settings for the provider. There were some changes on where the settings are stored between DNN 4 and DNN 5. They may not have transfered over.

Thanks for the response Mike.

Because this is a testing portal, I decided to punt on the upgrade for now. I will retry the upgrade at another time. I do appreciate your help.  Take Care!
