Hi Trevor,

I could feel the blood boiling inside me when i read "Go OSCommerce" ... I have spent months getting the DNN store going (with downloadable products) and exactly like you i managed one successful live transaction and now i am getting the same errors as well... I am ready to quit IT alltogether ! Aggghhhhh ...

I had a problem with OSC before as downloads were available to the customer BEFORE they had paid. However i may be forced to reinvestigate this avenue.

Anyway, i am hoping to get the DNN store running.... i mean it worked *once* after months of development. There must be a minor issue somewhere that is causing it all to fail.  GILLES Lead Developer - any clues please ? or should i seek an alternative store? (eg AliCommerce or OSCommerce)

Man, i am disheartened by this... months of work  and it works once, just to possibly tear it all down and replace it with a store that actually does work??? No, Please. I have written to PayPal about the issue aswell... when i enter https://www.paypal-business.co.uk/ in to IE8 and hit enter it redirects to https://www.paypal-business.co.uk/ This obviously can not be helping either ? I doubt PayPal will be able to shed any light on the matter.

I am totally fed up with the Core Store Now... (Damn, months of wasted evenings that was then)
OK decission taken - FORGET THE DNN Core Store, time to install AliCommerce !

The truth is sometimes hard to accept, but Thanks to Trevor for taking a stance on this one... and no, you are not alone !

Unfortunately the Store module seems to be taking the same lead as the forum module in that not only has there been no material release in ages, we also can't seem to get answers to the major show stoppers such as this.  It is clearly an issue yet we can't get a reply from anyone!

My store has worked for years until recently...I can't put into words my frustration.

I've made the change and it now works.  Thanks for the help.

I wonder what made the old settings not work?  Interesting.
