Hello guys,

Is there a way to change settings on the duration time of the Events core module so that would be longer than 11:30pm... also can one change the default value setting in that same part?

Especifically, I would like to put an event that starts today at 9pm and ends at 2am.

Hi, Jp-
For an event that crosses midnight you should simply set the "End Date" value to be the next day and select the "End Time" as normal.  Note that the dropdown hourly values are not "durations" -- there is no "duration" setting for Events but rather just "start date/time" and "end date/time" (i.e., you have to calculate the duration for yourself).

I know there's no duration time, the problem is that I hate it when the calendar covers two squares (days) in monthly view and that's what I'm trying to avoid. Can I  avoid that?
