Newbie here.

I followed the instructions to install www.adefhelpdesk.com help desk module found while searching on dotnetnuke. My site is www.inprof.com.

In a nutshell:

Installed linq module and ran it.

deleted system web extensions file from /bin

made two changes by hand to web config

Here is the error msg.

1) I can't login into my site. How do I recover? How can I fix the helpdesk install?

I'm sorry there was a problem. The step missing in the directions was this:

Copy and replace:

System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0
to:
System.Web.Extensions, Version=3.5.0.0

The directions at:

http://adefhelpdesk.com/Documentation/Installing/InstallingUpgradingonDotNetNuke4/tabid/65/Default.aspx

have been updated.
