 Hi

I have an issue with the admin emails from my DNN 5 installation. I have setup the SMTP on the host settings to use my email account and all works fine from the main portal e.g. portal1.com -  email comes from info@portal1.com

My issue is that when an admin email is sent from any of the other portals such as portal2.com the email always shows the from address of the SMTP server account (info@portal1.com) instead of the Admin set on portal2.com. I have made sure in the portal2.com settings that the administrator account has the correct email address of info@protal2.com, but it still reverts back to showing from info@portal1.com - I have noted though that the reply to address refers correctly to info@portal2.com

Would be grateful for any suggestions on how to fix this

i have the need for the answer on this one as well. although i am using the latest 4.9 DNN install. not sure if that makes a difference.

this is new to me and didn't happen to me before in DNN 4

I am not running DNN 5 on a production site yet - i well need to set up a proper testing site to validate and I will report.
