Hi,

We have successfully downloaded the DNN 5.0.1 and we are successfully bringing it up using VS2008.
The problem we have is when we create virtual directory to the website folder we are getting the following
message.

This site is currently Unavailable
Please check back later

We are using windows vista and iis7.0
we have also given the user everyone and full control access to the website folder.
Please let us know if you have any suggestions.

Thanks in advance

Why are you trying to create a virtual directory, after you got DNN to run?

Precompile of the web site is not supported. i.e. you cannot use the publish button in VS.

Check out the pinnned post in "Install it!" forum, how to copy/move your site to production server.
