Is there a way to show the 3 most recent blogs on the front page of the site? When click on a link from 1 of the 3 most recent it goes into the Blog page?

Sorry is this seems kind of noobish. I've been working with Joomla for 3 years and have just started a DNN site recently.

The current Blog module does not offer this feature but you can use DNN's REPORTS module to provide that functionality:

Quickly create a "latest blogs" list with the REPORTS module

is there also a way to display the content of the blog like showing a featured Blog on home page or something like that?

Hi Dan

A couple more options for you to consider...

Radiant Software have a free module - Blog Display, which is a quick and easy way to do what you want.

I'd dare say the single best, most flexible and powerful option would be to use OpenWebStudio to create your own. This way you really have complete control and can display it in different ways to different users, or even if on different pages.  There's a sample configuration here which shows you how OWS can do this.

Cheers

David
