Help! 

I have been working on a website for the IBA (www.ibauk.com) and since logging out of the last update no-one can log into the site, when you click on Log In it takes you to a page not found page. I have tried to log in to the DNN site for help on this but can not log in to the site as no-one knows the username or password for the account and am nowstuck with a website i can't update..... any ideas guys?

Cheers for any help you can give me!

 The page is in a redirect loop. The login page probably had it's unauthenticated user permission removed.

I think you'll need to have database access - go to the portals table, scroll over to the  "LoginTabId" field and make it NULL (for this portal only). Which will revert and use the default login method.

Then go check the permissions on your login page.

Also - Backing up the DB before touching it is always a good idea.

I had a look and noticed the redirect loop... plus ctl=login and login.aspx aren't working either.

What version of DNN is this?

I've started getting the same error on the DNN website itself, but it's no longer using the last stable production release (4.9.4) and is dogfooding the 5.x version.  (even got the error trying to post this!)
