I think its good that the test on this site is done and I am sure DNN Corp didnt expected this disaster should happen.

But... I think its rather stupid not to comunicate what is happening. I think it more than stupid and I cant find the right word just now.

Around the world a lot of business are lost forever, the reputation are hurt and so on.

A big text telling that we are in progress of testing new functionalty would have limited the damage.

Personally I am delighted as it will result in a better product. I am more than prepared to wait for a robust & fast 5.1 I'd also rather see the 'DNN mothership' have to deal with such issues in 5.1 than a massive ecosystem of sites, folllowing a full CE release.

Of course..    a project team member...   using the word ecosystem.     Fancy terms vs common sense.

Yes Brian, team members are evil and contribute nothing.... that is their job...  At least you do something useful :).

I take it back... I just get fed up with effectively what are personal attacks on those who contribute the most by those who contribute the least. ... that's why I'm withdrawing this as my last statement (crossed out) makes me look like a hyprocrite.

The current issue has been acknowledged - comment have been made, most are valid in my view, please leave it at that until the issue gets fixed.....  Then begin the autopsy.

It looks like the site is fast again!!!  Can anyone else confirm?  Is it running 5.1 or was it rolled back?

I think we have finally ironed out the issues - its been a long week.

But we are running 5.1 (Build 739)

Thank you very much Charles.  I am sure that the past couple days haven't been fun.  Thank you very much for all of the effort you and the rest of the team put in trying to get this issue resolved.

Do you have the details of what the problem was?
