Just got an error while upgrading to 5.1. Everything was a success on the upgrade process but i got an error on the "DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider". While the site looks like its functioning after the upgrade, i'm afraid it might be an issue later. The specific log is attached. Any ideas to fix? Thanks.

This issue has already been reported, it looks like you can simply ignore it for now and we will take care of it in a future upgrade.

i forgot to mention that i did the upgrade on our test site. But in production, is it safe to upgrade from 5.0.1 to 5.1 despite the error? Or should we wait?

The issue will be fixed in DNN 5.1.1 - if you want to be safe, wait.
