 We have a problem that we were convinced was a problem on our site, but we have just checked on www.dotnetnuke.com and see that it happens there too. So this is a major issue in DNN 5.00, 5.01 and 5.1.

If you are using Safari or Chrome as a browser and goto a page, and then use the page back buttons to go backwards, then the menu disappears altogether. This is completely replicable. 

Big issue.

This has been logged here.  You can get the checked in script directly from codeplex.  I will cut a build either tonight if I have time or not until week of July 13 as I am on vacation.
