Hey i want to give access the Admi User Account page/module to non-admin user with a role SubAdmin along with the functionality of  accessing "The Edit User Accounts page" and change other users credentials. In short this user will act like a Admin with limited functionality to only access to "User Accounts".

I was able to somehow move the USer Account Page to seprate tab but SubAdmin user cant access the "The Edit User Accounts page" inside USeer Account page.

p.s i am using dnn version 4.8.x

You'll need to write your own module for that.  :)

Adnan-
You'll probably be very interested in this post:

It sounds like you've already got the USERS module moved out of the admin tab area (the first critical step).  Look down in the comments section to a response by "Rick" on 3/2/2009 regarding the change needed to the USERS module code itself.  It's a pretty small change but you'll need the source code version of DNN to do it.

Cheers!

There are some free third party modules that can do this (check sourceforge), I would also seriously consider upgrading to 5.1.1 when it is made available, the functionality may be included (there were issues with delegating permissions with the user accounts module, but I think it is now fixed - not confirmed however).
