I am trying to install DotNetNuke V 5.01.00 on Windows Server 2008 and SQL Server 2005 express edition (all running on localhost). It has failed using the typical and the custom install procedure, although there doesn't seem to be a difference up to the point that the install fails.
It passes the permissions check on the first page, and also passes the database connection test as well. It then goes on to install the database scripts which it manages without a problem, but then when I click next to continue, the next page shows this error.
DotNetNuke Error

I can't see any reason why it's telling me that the current user doesn't have permission as it passed the database connection test and I am logged in as administrator, and SQL Server is using windows authentication, surely that would give me permission to access the database? Any help would be appreciated!!!
