I am trying to show vide in the media module, but I think there is something wrong somewhere...

This is a new DNN 5.1 installation. On Win2K3 IIS 6 SQl 2008 Express

.NET Framework Version: 2.0.50727.3082

I have set the host to allow wmv file extensions.

The size of the wmv file is 12 MB.

Also I have copied other wmv files to the appropriate folders on the server and they do not show up in the media module or the file manager.

I recieve this error when trying to upload a wmv file. This happens in the media module or the file manager for the portal.

An error has occurred.

By default the max file upload is 8Mb. You'll need to edit your web.config to allow larger files.

Change this line:
<httpRuntime useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" maxRequestLength="8192" requestLengthDiskThreshold="8192" />

To something like this (16Mb):
<httpRuntime useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" executionTimeout="1200" maxRequestLength="16896" requestLengthDiskThreshold="14392" />
