I have created a couple of skins, each contains a the [USER] token and the [LOGIN] Token. One skin work just as it should the other works correctly when I am on my localhost or if the skin is live on the web and I am logged in as host. When on the web, if I log off the host account the [USER] token does not show.

Does anyone know what I am missing?

Check that your site is set to take registrations. It's quite clever! If you don't want registrations, then the user details don't show the register button.

Try that and see how it goes.
