The website that I manage works fine from the outside; anyone can navigate the site and see all its visible content.  However, when I login as an administrator, the website will not let me make any changes to content or add new content.  It doesn't give any error message.  It just doesn't do anything.  I login and click add page and it refreshes to the same page I was on.  It's like it's stuck.  Our website designers can't figure out the problem; neither can our IT person.  Is this a dot net nuke problem?  This occurs whenever I login in, no matter what computer I use to access the site.  I do not know programming language and I have limited experience with troubleshooting so please put any response is plain English.  This is extremely frustrating and is hindering my ability to update our site.  Any help is appreciated.

I deleted the cookies on my browser and the problem persists.  Would the cookie thing affect any other computer besides my own?  This problem happens regardless of what computer I use to access the site (work computer, home computer, public computer at library).

you are right, cookies affect a single machine only (I overread, that you tried multiple machines already).

what has been changed before the error occurred the first time, has a different skin or module installed?

there might be intermitting Javascript, incompatible with the core, but to identify, it would require to analyse the installation.

No new skins or modules have been installed.  This problem has happened on and off for several months.  Usually it will give us problems for a few days, then it will function fine for several weeks.  This is the longest the website has ever not performed properly.

It seems to me that you are basically saying this is not a problem with a quick answer.  What steps would you recommend we take to resolve the problem?
