Hi All,

I am fairly new to DNN and I am in search of a good e-commerce module (willing to pay for it).

Basically, I have a page on my website that will be dedicated to selling gift certificates to certain stores that I list on there. I want to be able to have customers purchase a gift certificate, enter the amount they would like to pay, pay for it through paypal, and be able to print the gift certificate once they're done.

Any help would be appreciated.

   With DNN instance we are getting "Store" Module which comes along with source and developed in C# and easy to customize.

Hi,

Sorry to butt in but as far as I know, the store module is not ready for DNN 5.1 yet, so it would not be a good choice for this version.  I haven't heard any estimates of new release dates so you may want to check that.

If all you want it for is the gift certificates then I would probably look at the PayPal Buy it Now module from Gumbosoft - it will most likely be the easiest to set up -

I would also look at the free open source NB Store - look back a few days at posts in the Announce It! forum for links and more about it.

As far as printing the gift certificates go, many of the ecommerce modules have settings for downloadable type sales. You could do the certificate in a pdf and have the end user download and then print it.
