I'll make sure this bug gets put into the tracker and fixed for the next version.  As a temporary workaround, you can simply replace any instances of "sys.foreign_keys" (and similarly, "sys.objects") in the SQL Scripts (.SqlDataProvider files) within the package with "sysforeignkeys" and "sysobjects" (the SQL 2000-supported names for these system tables) and then install the altered package.  If you do that, be sure to make a backup of your database so that you can revert it if something goes wrong.  See the article linked below for furthur information:

Thank You for the answer.
I replace all instances with the correct syntax but I get this error now :
SQL Execution resulted in following Exceptions: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: 'object_id' : Invalid column name. 'parent_object_id' : Invalid column name....

David.

Andrew - I'm seeing the same error on SQL 2008 (NOT in 2000 compatability mode).  The 5.0.1 SqlDataProvider  throws the error.  No {objectQualifier } and dbo. as {databaseOwner}.  Funny though because the script runs fine as a SQL query ({objectQualifier} and {databaseOwner} replaced).

UPDATE - never mind the previous post - local machine was a SQL 2000 database - works fine in SQL 2008
