Has anyone else had problems with the hosting provider PowerDNN? Specifically, have you had any problems with their engineers understanding basic network protocols like FTP, as well as basic network engineering? Their DNN support seems to be fine, but the infrastructure it runs on seems to be their weak point.

Nothing that wasn't a result of my own idiocy.

Having gone through over a half-dozen hosting providers since starting with DNN in 2004, in my opinion PowerDNN is hands-down the best when it comes to understanding DNN - and hosting DNN sites.

 Hey Will,

We've got a rock solid team when it comes to networking, however, FTP is always tricky because FTP working depends more on the customer's connection than it does ours.  If you're having FTP problems, we can certainly help you out, but more likely than not, FTP working will depend on your local firewall, antivirus, and network settings.
